Festival Seni dan Qasidah Indonesia Tingkat Kecamatan. Di Kecamatan Padang Bolak, Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara, yang di mulai perlombaannya sekira jam 08 : 30 wib dari pagi hingga sore hari, Senin 10 Juli 2023.
Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di Aula Kantor Camat Padang Bolak, langsung dibuka oleh camat Padang Bolak Awaluddin Jamin Harahap.
Gia Festival Seni dan Qasidah Indonesia dihadiri Ketua Dewan Mesjid Indonesia (DMI) Kabupaten Paluta, H Parundingan Hasibuan, Ketua Forum Komunikasi Umat Beragama ( FKUB ) Kabupaten Paluta, Hj Awaluddin Harahap dan Para Dewan Hakim, M Syafii Harahap, Ipe Fitri Harahap, Riski Halomoan Siregar, dan para pendamping peserta lomba beserta para undangan lainnya.
Dalam laporannya Rahmad Harahap, peserta yang ikut berlomba sebanyak 24 peserta dengan 3 jenis macam-macam cabang lomba, Vokalis anak-anak, remaja dan dewasa putra dan putri. Cabang Pop Religi anak- anak, remaja, dan dewasa putra/putri, Cabang Rebana klasik remaja dan dewasa putra/putri.
Di saat dewan Hakim / Juri membacakan pemenang bagi peserta perlombaan, secara bergilir peserta riuh dengan penuh dengan Gembira.
Setelah berakhirnya perlombaan Camat Padang Bolak, Awaluddin Jamin Harahap ia menyampaikan arahannya kepada peserta yang ikut perlombaan, yang belum berhasil agar meningkatkan kegiatan belajarnya untuk bisa bergabung pada perlombaan berikutnya.
Kepada yang berhasil hari ini akan kita promosikan pada tingkat Kabupaten nantinya dan jangan dulu merasa puas, tetaplah berlatih karena persaingan kedepan semakin berat. Tutur Camat Padang Bolak
Untuk itu Rajinlah berlatih demi meningkatkan prestasi yang Lebih baik di masa depan kita nanti, tambahnya.
Sementara Ketua DMI Kabupaten Paluta H Parundingan Hasibuan sebagai Pembawa Acara membacakan hasil keputusan Dewan Hakim yang berhasil menyandang Juara antara lain :
Cabang Bintang Vokalis anak- anak, Putri Juara I NPP 007 dengan nilai 53, Juara II NPP 003 dengan nilai 36, untuk Putra Juara I NPP 002 dengan nilai 63. Cabang Bintang Vokalis Remaja, Putri Juara I NPP 003 dengan nilai 55, Juara II NPP 007 dengan nilai 48 dan Juara III NPP 005 dengan nilai 41.
Untuk Dewasa Putra Juara I NPP 002 dengan nilai 64. Untuk Dewasa Putri, Juara I NPP 003 (59), Juara II NPP 001 (58), Juara III NPP 005 (46).
Cabang Pop Religi anak-anak Putra, Juara I NPP 002 (56), Putri Juara I NPP 001 (57), Juara II NPP OO3 (52), Juara III NPP 005 (51). Remaja Putri, Juara I NPP 005 (68), Juara II NPP 001 (60) dan Juara III NPP 003 (54).
Cabang Rebana Klasik Remaja Putra, Juara I NPP 002 (51), Putri Juara I NPP 001 (58), Juara II NPP 003 (48). Rebana Dewasa Putri Juara II NPP 001 (50).
Panitia Pelaksana menyiapkan hadiah dana pembinaan bervariasi dan Piagam Penghargaan bagi juara I, II dan III yang diserahkan langsung oleh Camat Padang Bolak, Awaluddin Jamin Harahap S.Sos, MSi.untuk juara I.(red)
